Pet Policy

$400 non-refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $25.00. 2 Pet limit. 99 lb. weight limit.

Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted.

The following breed and/or mix breeds are prohibited:
Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Spitz, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Toso Inu and Wolf-Dog Hybrid. Breed, size, weight, number limitations, fee, and deposit requirements will not apply to assistance animals.
